Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete personal data that AfterCall holds about you — for example WhatsApp messages, your name and phone number, voice-note transcripts or call data.
AfterCall is operated by Ori Amos (עמוס אורי), Exempt dealer (osek patur) no. 324093046, HaGoshrim 1222500, Israel. Deletion is handled by a person, not by a self-service button: there is no form to press, and the steps below are the whole process.
How to ask
- Email ori@aftercall.pro with the subject "Data deletion".
- Say who you are (the phone number or WhatsApp name you used) and, if you know it, which business you contacted. We may ask you to confirm that the number is yours.
- We confirm receipt and respond within 30 calendar days. We explain the outcome or any lawful retention exception; this response period is not a guarantee that every record will be erased within it.
What happens
- The data is located and erased from AfterCall's database and file storage, together with derived records such as transcripts and extracted details, unless the law requires us or the business to keep it (for example tax documents), in which case we tell you.
- If you are a customer of a business, the business is the controller of your data and may decide the request; we act on its instructions or on yours where we are able to.
- Some of it is already gone without asking: voice-note audio is deleted after transcription, a call recording AfterCall stored is deleted once there is a transcript and within 24 hours in any case, and WhatsApp images are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Data held by other companies (for example Meta/WhatsApp itself) is governed by their own policies and must be requested from them.
A business leaving AfterCall
When a business stops using AfterCall its records are exported to it and permanently erased after 60 days.
